About the FCA Motor Finance Review

The Financial Conduct Authority has been reviewing historic motor finance commission arrangements and is consulting on a proposed industry-wide redress scheme. This means some customers may be entitled to complain about certain PCP or HP agreements, depending on the circumstances of their finance arrangement.
