You do not need to use a claims management company to make a complaint. You can complain directly to your lender for free. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free.

No Win, No Fee: If your claim is successful, a success fee between 18% and 36% including VAT will be charged.
