No Win, No Fee A success fee between 18% and 36% (including VAT) will be charged if your claim is successful. If you cancel your claim after the 14-day cooling-off period, you may still be charged a fee to cover our reasonable costs incurred in relation to our services at the rate of £80 per hour (including VAT), with communications charged at one‑tenth of the hourly rate. Please confirm cancellation by email or letter.

Free online checker refers to the soft credit check completed online to identify potentially eligible finance agreements.

FCA Update (March 2026): The FCA has confirmed an industry-wide Motor Finance Consumer Redress Scheme (PS26/3) to address potential unfair lending in past car finance agreements. Complaint deadlines apply: 30 June 2026 for agreements entered into after April 2014; 31 August 2026 for earlier agreements. Please see the FCA motor finance information page.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirmed in a statement on 03 August 2025, that it would expect that most consumers will receive less than £950.00, per agreement. Please note: all potential claim values used in our advertising, or on our websites are provided prior to deduction of our Success Fee.
